JOB OVERVIEW:
The Field Sales Intern will support Brasseler’s sales organization by calling on dental offices with direction from field leadership to drive sales growth and increase customer acquisition. This role provides hands-on exposure to professional B2B field sales within the dental industry, balancing real-world selling experience with structured learning aligned to the intern’s academic focus.
Interns will gain experience in customer engagement, territory execution, product positioning, and sales fundamentals while representing the Brasseler brand in the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call on dental offices to support sales growth and new customer acquisitionRepresent Brasseler products and value proposition in a professional, customer-facing mannerPartner with District Sales Managers and field leadership on territory prioritiesAssist with account follow-ups, prospecting activities, and pipeline developmentParticipate in ride-along field visits and sales meetingsSupport special sales initiatives and promotional programsComplete assigned projects that align with academic learning objectivesPerform other duties and projects as assignedSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Learn core field sales skills, including prospecting, customer conversations, and follow-upGain familiarity with Brasseler products, sales tools, and sales processesDevelop understanding of professional selling, territory management, and customer relationshipsGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

No prior sales experience required/Customer facing experience preferredPREFERRED EDUCATION:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldPreference given to candidates with a concentration in SalesTRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically 100% - primarily local field travel. Combination of Field and Office environment. Must have car, current valid drivers license, and required insurance. No special physical demands required.
