**Job Title: Field Operator** **Job Description** Assist in various agricultural activities including planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, weeding, preparing fields, preparing seeds, sampling, detasseling, rogueing, and other field and seed-related tasks. You may operate equipment such as tractors, combines, or harvesters. This position primarily involves outdoor work and requires physical strength and stamina. **Responsibilities** + Assist in planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, and weeding activities. + Prepare fields and seeds for agricultural processes. + Operate agricultural machinery such as tractors, combines, or harvesters. + Lift weights over 25 lbs and perform tasks at waist level and below. + Stand for prolonged periods and handle repetitive tasks. + Maintain and improve farm assets. + Adhere to all safety policies and attend regular safety meetings. + Carry out other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to bend, lift, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion. + Proficiency in reading and writing to comprehend verbal and written task instructions in English. + Capability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements. + Ability to work as a team member and follow directions from supervisors and managers. + 1-3 years of experience in related activities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packaging. + Farming experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety and teamwork.
