To strengthen our Rare & Epilepsy department we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Field Medical Solution Lead– Milan, Italy.

 

 

About the role

As a Field Medical Solution Lead you will be accountable for developing the medical component of the local PV Plan, ensuring full ownership of all medical content and effective integration of relevant EU inputs.
You will be also responsible for implementing the medical activities and all non‑promotional content defined in the PVP, working in close partnership with the local team and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions for patients and the broader ecosystem.

 

 

You will work with

This role collaborates closely with the local PVU team, the Area Leadership Team, and the EU Engine, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment. It also connects with various internal partners across the local affiliate and participates in the Solutions Leads Community. Externally, the role interacts with key healthcare stakeholders such as opinion leaders.

 

 

What you will do

Solutions (projects, contents…) for local PVU implementation

Localize centrally developed solutions

Develop local specific solutions based on local PVU insights

Planning – Drive annual planning processes

Lead x-functional dev of PVP

Drive OC Plan (content-channel-stakeholder)

Connectivity

Interface between local PVU/Area LT/EU Engine and within the local affiliate for x-functional teamwork

Contribute to Sol Leads Community

 

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills

Bachelors’ degree in life sciences,

Fluent English communication (oral and written);

5 years in stakeholder facing roles or as medical advisor within healthcare

Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams

Understanding of appropriate regulatory

Demonstrated ability to be part of cross-functional project teams

Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications skills

Capability to communicate effectively and to choose the relevant channels to perform it

Comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them

Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers

Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
