**_About the Job_**
_The Neurology Field Medical Advisor works in an innovative neurology team with a strategic role for the company, high visibility in country and strong relationship with European and Global teams._
_The Field Medical Advisor for Neurology will play a pivotal role in the imminent and future launch of our innovative therapies in the multiple sclerosis and neurology area. The role requires scientific knowledge of neurology, particularly in MS, combined with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling value narratives for various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a key member of the cross-functional launch team, providing medical expertise and ensuring compliance while supporting the development of impactful launch strategies and tactics._
_This role requires excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to establish and develop HCPs networks driving the implementation of actionable insights into pre-launch medical strategic and tactics plans related to Sanofi neurological products, with specific focus on multiple sclerosis therapies. The Neurology Field Medical Advisor has a highly collaborative role requiring a high level of influence among internal functions, working closely with Clinical Study Unit (CSU), Marketing, HEOR, Regulatory, Market Access and Public Affair. The Neurology Field Medical Advisor represents a key contributor for the local Site Engagement Plans of Sanofi neurology pipeline, particularly for innovative MS treatments._
**_Main responsibilities_**
+ _Develop and implement medical strategies for neurology products in alignment with regional and global objectives._
+ _Provide medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional teams including Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development._
+ _Implement internal/external engagement plans establishing trusted relationships with neurologists and professional bodies._
+ _Analyze and interpret new scientific data, literature, competitive trends, product opportunities and adjust medical and educational activities accordingly in the therapeutic area._
+ _Address adequately all unsolicited medical questions according with all applicable regulations and internal policies._
+ _Drive the development and execution of internal/external Site Scientific Engagement plans for MS centers of excellence._
+ _Ensure the development of core behaviors with a constant concern to meet legal, regulatory, ethical, and social responsibility standards required by local laws and organizational policies, procedures and culture._
**_About you_**
+ **_Experience_** _: Proven Pharmaceutical industry and customer facing medical experience; knowledge of Neurology field is preferred._
+ **_Soft and technical skills:_** _Strong analytical thinking and ability to work well in both a team environment and independently. Ability to develop strong relationships with HCPs and other key stakeholder. Use of omnichannel tools and able to communicate via digital channels from remote (non-office based) environment._
+ **_Education:_** _Master's Degree in Medicine or other Degree in Life Science subject is mandatory; PhD is an advantage._
+ **_Languages_** _: Fluent business English communication skills._
