Field Market Development Specialist Renal Denervation - Nord Est

A Day in the LifeThe Coronary & RDN (CRDN) businesses are part of the CardioVascular Portfolio. Our customers are clinical and non-clinical, and mainly (but not exclusively) within the field of Interventional Cardiology. They include, Cardiologists, Theatre managers, Specialist nurses, Directorate managers and Procurement.

As a Field Market Development Specialist, reporting to the District Manager North CRDN (Coronary & Renal Denervation), you will be responsible for developing, directing and executing local market development activities. In close collaboration with the Sales Team, you will create and implement programs to help raise awareness and increase the adoption of the Renal Denervation (RDN) product portfolio, with the responsibility to provide a development service in the assigned territory (Veneto, Friuli, Est Lombardia) to support the sales strategy.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develop, update, and execute strategic market development plans.Develop strategies and tactics to build awareness and adoption of the therapy by physicians, patients and hospitals.Guarantee technical support in cathlab in the early phases of a new account settingIdentify key areas of focus in the RDN continuum through market research in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.Provide country market access plans for all RDN growth drivers identified by PAA (Patient Access and Acceleration)  Increase awareness to solutions for patient conditions through focus groups and congress activities and by helping to deploy available educational and healthcare economics programs.Create awareness concerning existing clinical evidence. Identify clinical evidence gaps.Partner with patient advocacy groups.Work with Health Economics, Clinical and Marketing colleagues to develop and launch clinical and healthcare economic evidence dissemination tools, information material and procedural guides to drive adoption of the RDN portfolio.Ensuring execution of commercial activities by Sales Force 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required1+ Years of sales or market development experience within medical devices/healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry Strong business acumen Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools, sales systems and daily usage of CRM systemsFluency in English, both verbal and written Willingness to travel 80%Clinical experiencePrevious experience in the cardiovascular field
