DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will oversee the administration and issuance of occupational licenses at the licensing office of the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission (PHRC) located at the Presque Isle Downs Racetrack. Your responsibilities will include enforcing horse racing rules and regulations, as well as collecting and processing licensing and fine fees, issuing receipts, and entering pertinent data into licensing software. A strong understanding of PHRC regulations is crucial, along with the capability to report and investigate violations.
