Job Description One of Insight Global’s top airline clients is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to provide support on a Field Service Delivery project in-person at (IAH) George Bush Intercontinental International Airport. This position requires a passed background check for SIDA Badging (access to IAH airport). • The contractor will be required to perform and/or assist with site surveys and installations relating to IMACs (Internal Moves, Adds, Changes) and projects of all sizes. This will include PC migration/deployments, printer/ peripheral hardware installations, and application configuration and installation, along with any other basic Field Services Delivery tasks. This will include all the logistics involved with initiating and completing all IMACs and projects. The contractor is also required to maintain tracking of all tagged assets, as well as update all assigned tickets for break-fix and IMAC / Projects, these updates must be both descriptive and timely. Other duties required will consist of performing/assisting with preventative maintenance of company equipment throughout assigned sites. Skills and Requirements • 2+ years of experience supporting PC migrations/deployments • 2+ years of network infrastructure understanding and experience • 2+ years of copper/fiber testing and deployment • Strong understanding in PC printer/peripheral hardware support/setup • Ability to physically move heavy equipment to and from deployment sites • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills • Hold a Valid Driver’s License and able to operate a company vehicle safely • In-person airport work experience (terminals/around aircrafts) •  Experience with CCTV and access control systems
