Key Responsibilities
Drives compliance with daily safety requirements and builds/sustains a culture of safety among subordinates and peersKeeps track of key performance indicators across functions including administrative support, inventory, and quality assuranceSupports FFC services and complies with policies and proceduresAssists FFC with physical inventory interacting with various IT, corporate, and warehouse management systems to investigate and fix complex and technical issuesParticipates closely in inventory system testing activities and integration which requires in-depth knowledge of the various systemsCreates reports that provide the FFC with visibility to inventory issuesResearch issues related to daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly inventory reports for FFCDevelops monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunitiesAudits for customer fulfillment orders and store replenishment ordersEvaluates and recommends alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvementInterprets and supports quality policies and implements guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documentsAdheres to quality processes identifying issues and gaps in current processes or documentsPerforms delivery management overseeing load planning and allocationReports quality metrics to leadershipDevelops new methods to resolve identified issuesTroubleshoots and manages emergency situations assessing best solution and utilizing most effective and efficient resourcesAnalyzes and makes recommendations regarding schedule adherence and other operational needs or problems reporting discrepancies and/or unsafe conditions recommending and implementing corrective actionsLeads efforts driving administrative, inventory, and quality core tasks and supports training, education and upskilling as neededCommunicates effectively with associates regarding business objectives or current issuesMonitors individual and team productivity and drive continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one on one coachingApproves off standard hours for associates ensuring accurate accounting of performance for teamSets goals and communicates clear expectations for associates providing timely and constructive feedbackProvides associates with meaningful developmental opportunities and prepares them for upward promotion as applicableWorks with associates to build a work environment of engagement and inclusionParticipates in the process of hiring talented individuals for the team, submitting, requisitions, interviewing, and partnering with HR in the hiring processTrains new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures as applicableDiscusses and resolves conflicts between associatesSponsors and leads associates through changeResponds to incidents or injuries and ensures first aid response takes place as neededCollaborates with the other FFC teams to ensure consistent processes and expectationsWhat you Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 5 years’ experience in a distribution or warehouse facility with increasing responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Human Resources, or related field
•Experience at other facilities in the Lowe’s network, or in an industrial setting
•Experience in a Human Resources function
•Experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports and data
•Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
•Experience mentoring and coaching others
•Experience managing projects, resources, time, and budgets
•Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the facility
