Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Installation Laborers to join our team as a Fence Installer. You will play an integral role in assisting with the installation of fences on various residential and commercial projects. Working in teams of 2-3 under the guidance of a Fence Foreman, you will help bring client designs to life, primarily focusing on Residential Wood and Commercial Chain Link fencing.
ResponsibilitiesInstall various types of fencing, including Chain Link and Wood Fences.Utilize tools such as post hole diggers, shovels, clamshell diggers, tile spades, and digging bars for fence post installation.Prepare, stage, and assist with loading materials and tools into the truck as required for each project.Assist with installations, conduct quality checks, and oversee job progression.Lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs.Work outdoors in various climates and environments.Perform construction tasks such as measuring, cutting, nailing, and setting concrete.Essential SkillsProficiency with tape measures and power tools.General labor experience and the ability to assist the foreman in fence installations and repairs.Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.Experience in digging holes and mixing concrete.Background in landscaping and construction.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-2 seasons of fencing or construction experience, or equivalent outdoor work experience.Experience in concrete, underground, and carpentry work is beneficial.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor.Why Work Here

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
