Performs finishing functions by supporting the department with packing and feeding products. Follows all safety, quality, and compliance requirements, including SQF and workplace policies and procedures.
Complete pallet jack inspections at the start of each shift
Feed cartons onto the gluer and rotate to packing duties every two hours
Inspect cartons for printing and cutting issues at the feeder position
Inspect printing, cutting, and gluer defects at the packer position
Assist with make-readies, daily cleanup, and preventive maintenance of the gluer
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
Ability to understand the finishing process end to end

Hard hat (when required)
Written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (Windows-based software)
Pallet jack certification
AS400 experience preferred
