Job Description

The Feeder Dispatch Admin with Driving works in a fast-paced environment supporting feeder drivers both outdoors and in an office setting. This role requires attention to detail, physical activity, and strong communication skills.

Location: Louisville, KY
Shifts:
2nd shift: 4:00pm to 2:00am from Wednesday to Saturday
3rd: 12am to 6am Sunday to Thursday

Pay:21/hr
Weekly pay
 

Key Responsibilities

Open and close trailer doors (some heavy) to verify trailer status

Walk off trailers in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.)

Drive a company-provided vehicle on UPS property

Respond to inbound and outbound feeder drivers via phone

Assist drivers with dispatch-related needs

Escort non-SIDA3 drivers on and off property

Perform trailer walk-offs and ensure safety of walk-off personnel

Accurately read and verify trailer numbers

Maintain safety standards at all times

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (required to drive on company property)

Ability to physically open and close heavy trailer doors

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to use computers and multitask accurately

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude

Must wear sturdy work boots for foot protection
