Title: Feed Mill Operator  l                                                                            Reports to: Feed Mill Manager Department: Feed Mill                                                                                    Direct Reports: None Position Hours: Full Time, First Shift                                                           FLSA: Non- Exempt Position Summary: To process all conventional or organic feed orders and ingredients to Herbruck’s strictest quality standards. Position Responsibilities: + Maintain cleanliness around receiving and loading areas. + Stocking supplies: bag ingredients + Unloading bag ingredients + Inventory of bag ingredients + Any other duties assigned by management. + Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse , neglect or breach of biosecurity  to preserve the health and welfare of our birds. + Implement and run the FMS/APEC systems. + Help to maintain inventory control. + Perform routine and unexpected maintenance and repairs. + Assist in weighing of trucks. + Any other duties assigned by management. + Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse , neglect or breach of biosecurity to preserve the health and welfare of our birds. Qualifications: + Must be at least 18 years of age. + All Safety courses are up to date. + Good standing with attendance + Job observation completion of Feed Mill Operator I + Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. + Able to work around moving machinery comfortably. + Working in a farm environment with very dusty conditions + Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine or birds. Physical Demands: + Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. + Ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floors. + Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
