Our client, **a high‑performance automotive engineering business** , is seeking an **FEA Simulation Engineer** to join their team. As an **FEA Simulation Engineer** , you will be part of the **Simulation Engineering Department** supporting the **Simulation Group** . The ideal candidate will have **analytical thinking** , **strong communication skills** , and **attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** FEA Simulation Engineer
**Location:** Onsite – Santa Clarita, CA
**Pay Range:** $38–$55/hr
**What’s the Job?**
+ Set up and run system simulations on in‑house platforms.
+ Interpret, analyze, and summarize simulation results for engineering teams.
+ Develop scripts and macros to automate and improve simulation tasks.
+ Interface and collaborate with engineering and internal technical organizations.
+ Prepare detailed technical presentations for project engineering reviews.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
+ 2–4 years of relevant simulation/engineering experience.
+ Working knowledge of Dassault Abaqus and CATIA (asset).
+ Programming skills in MATLAB, Java, and Python.
+ Understanding of powertrains, testing, instrumentation, and DoE concepts.
