**Job Description:**
**Overall Purpose:** Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning, providing a pathway to a finance career within AT&T through the 1-year Financial Development Intern Program (FDP).
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• **Program Participation:** Engage in AT&T’s Finance Development Program (FDP) Summer Internship, designed for undergraduate students to gain practical experience over a 10-to-12-week period.
• **Rotational Experience:** Experience key areas within AT&T’s finance organization, participating in various tasks and projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial operations.
• **Project-Based Learning:** Work on assigned projects that provide insights into the finance organization, offering opportunities to collaborate with top financial decision makers and colleagues.
• **Interpersonal Skill Development:** Participate in small group interactions, receive mentoring, and network with peers and executives. Build effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors to enhance your finance knowledge.
• **Other Duties as Assigned:** Perform additional tasks as required to support the program’s objectives, including contributing to process improvements, communicating results to managers and senior leaders, and gaining comprehensive finance experience.
**Job Contribution:** An entry-level professional learning to apply concepts and referencing company policies to resolve routine issues. Gaining competence through structured assignments, contributions are centered around specific tasks. Works under detailed supervision, following outlined procedures, with visibility primarily within the department or region. **Supervisor:** No
**Education/Experience:** High school diploma required. Working toward Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA). 0-2 years of related experience.

**Salary Range:**
$49,000.00 - $73,600.00
