### Job Duties Start Date: Mar 3,2026 End Date: Dec 15, 2026 48 hours per week, Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must Apply By: July 25, 2026 Responsibilities include recording crop information such as pesticide use, yields, and costs; participating in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; cleaning, repairing, and maintaining farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; and operating tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled equipment, including GPS-equipped machinery, to prepare soil and to plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops. Duties also include loading inputs, driving trucks to transport supplies and harvested crops to employer fields and nearby storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, or piles and bags; cleaning work areas; maintaining grounds and landscaping; and regulating conditions. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Two months of recent, verifiable experience performing the listed job duties required. Must be able to obtain an appropriate driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Drug screening, including possible random testing after hire. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling and sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending, and repetitive movements. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
