### Job Duties Start Date: 03/01/2026 End Date: 12/17/2026 Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon.-Fri. 6.6 hours/day, Sat. 7 hours/day, 7:00 A.M. - 1:40 P.M. Must Apply By: 07/25/2026 Job requires operating tractors, sprayers, skid steer loaders and other farm equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops; non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities; operating equipment for field maintenance; performing work with grain bins in the form of running grain vacuums, grain sweeps, loading grain into trucks, shoveling grain, and perform housekeeping duties to ensure that storage locations are properly maintained; and operating equipment for upkeep of the shop grounds such as mowers. Manual labor in the form of sweeping and upkeep of farm shop areas, performing miscellaneous maintenance and repair, performing upkeep of areas around the farm, using hand tools and equipment to repair farm equipment and facilities will be required. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. Worker must be available and willing to work the entire season. A post-hire criminal background check at no cost to the worker may be requested at the sole discretion of the employer to ensure the safety of the workers and equipment employed and owned by the employer. The employer maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Upon hire, worker may be subject to drug testing at no cost to the worker. A positive test result may result in immediate termination of employment. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Two (2) months of experience relevant to the job is required. Worker must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire. Worker must be able to lift items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
