Do you have a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy? If so, we want to hear from you! Full-Time, Entry-Level Position - No Licensure Required! Immediate openings available. Overview: As a Family Specialist, you will supervise and provide direct services, focusing on family engagement and support within a mobile treatment setting. You will work closely with clients with severe and persistent mental illness, helping them achieve stability and well-being through compassionate, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct initial assessments and follow-up with new referrals within established timeframes. + Maintain accurate case records and documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. + Collaborate with clients to develop safety plans, crisis interventions, and wellness strategies. + Facilitate group sessions and support individual treatment goals. + Assist clients with transportation, appointments, and community resources. + Ensure compliance with all agency policies, state regulations, and funding requirements. + Utilize agency tools and technology to document and coordinate care effectively. Qualifications: + Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy. + Valid and clean NY State driver's license. + Enthusiasm for working with diverse populations and a passion for mental health recovery. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment. + No prior licensure or experience required - we welcome recent grads eager to start their careers! *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
