Job Description

Manage family law matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, judgments, and trial briefs Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations Conduct legal research and stay current on family law developments Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality work product Travel to courts and offices throughout Southern California as needed Maintain approximately 140 billable hours per month

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school Active California State Bar license in good standing 1+ years of legal experience Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
