How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

Lead our Kiewa operations in this newly created Factory Manager role and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our operations. You’ll oversee the production of high-quality dairy products of cream cheese and yoghurt, while driving operational excellence and supporting ongoing growth and capital investment.

This is a hands-on leadership position managing 24/7 operations across a large, diverse workforce, where you’ll foster a strong safety culture, build capability, and deliver results.

Lead and develop front-line leaders to drive engagement, productivity, team integration, and cost efficiency.Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.Embed food safety excellence by partnering with quality teams.Maximise production efficiency and deliver cost-saving initiatives through team collaboration, operational discipline and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage complex budgets and support capital projects alongside day-to-day operations.Foster collaboration across teams, networks, and joint venture partners.Drive a strong positive culture, build capability across teams
