**Leading a team of 40, the Facility Service Manager is responsible for the maintenance and support for facility, infrastructure, and material handling equipment within the Distribution Center. Additional responsibilities include, ensuring regulatory compliance, CVS policy adherence, preparing cost controls, adhering to budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve safety and performance within the building and its material handling systems. The role will require strong organizational competencies, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment. The Facility Service Manager is responsible for a team of technical and mechanical specialists and will be expected to demonstrate positive engagement and leadership with a strong emphasis on safety, performance, and accountability.**
****This is a 1st shift role. Monday- Friday 8am-5pmPST****
**Required Qualifications**
**-Minimum 3 years experience of facility operations and equipment management including implementing process improvements, effective workflow management, and implementing preventative maintenance programs**
**-Leadership experience**
**-Experience with maintenance practices of critical operating equipment including LOTO, hazard identification and appropriate PPE requirements**
**-Experience computerized maintenance management, procurement and service ticket systems**
**Preferred Qualifications**
**-Engineering degree or background (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical) OSHA certifications (10, 30, 50)**
**-Additional certifications in Industrial Safety or First Aid Competency in Ariba --Procurement and Service Channel systems**
**-Fluent in the Microsoft Suite of product as well as AutoCad**
**-Understanding of conveyor controls and technologies**
**-Strong analytical capabilities using tools such as CMMS and SAP**
**-Subject matter expertise in powered industrial equipment**
**-A self-starter who can take initiative and drive results without oversite**
**-Ability to effectively conduct Root Cause Analysis and develop strategies to improve uptime and building availability**
**-Demonstrate competency in maintenance planning and budgeting**
**-Track record of analyzing risk, developing contingencies and making solid decisions so as not to negatively impact production while maintaining the highest standards in safety**
**-Effective communicator, able to interact and influence all levels of the organization including cross functional departments of the organization and vendors/contractors**
**Education**
**Associates Degree or High School Diploma with 5-8 years field related experience required**

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
