Facility Quality Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the facilities maintenance sector, is seeking a Facility Quality Technician to join their team. As a Facility Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Facility Quality Technician
**Location:** Rocklin, CA
**Duration:** 7 Months Contract
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing on HVAC and lab equipment.
+ Engage in new construction and repair jobs as needed.
+ Set up and reconfigure office workstations and special event setups.
+ Enter data into Workorder and Quality Systems accurately.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and routine testing of equipment.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ A minimum of 6 months of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Availability for early, late, and/or overtime hours, including weekends.
+ Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions in English.
