This position collaborates closely with Procurement, Logistics, Facility teams, and Suppliers contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting Global Supply Network (GSN) performance targets. **JOB RELATED STATISTICS** Business Partner Interface: - Facility Operations Leaders - Divisional Leaders - Procurement Operations - Logistics, Category, and Product Supply Teams Supplier Location: - Mainly domestic and over sea suppliers **JOB DUTIES** Major Responsibilities: - Support lean, responsive, and resilient material and service flow - Identify opportunities for cost, inventory, and quality optimization - Operate and monitor Global Supply Network procurement functions - Resolve facility-specific supplier issues - Liaise with Logistics, Category, and Product Supply teams - Execute and manage PO Release activities in alignment with facility requirements and system controls - Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements - Support NEW ERP system Introduction by coordinating procurement readiness, supplier alignment, and material availability Leadership: - Identify and drive QCLDM improvement opportunities - Support supplier performance management activities - Support confidential analytical and improvement initiatives Strategy: - Apply data-driven decision making - Utilize Lean tools to drive operational excellence Customers: - Facility operations - Supply chain teams - Logistics, Product Supply, and Category Buyers Supplier Development: - Support and Execute NEW ERP system introduction into suppliers - Support supplier improvement plans - Identify and resolve supplier issues at the component level **Travel** Travel may be required **Skills** - Process Management: Demonstrated working knowledge in designing, monitoring, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Experienced in interpreting operational data and applying insights to support strategic and tactical decisions. - Supplier Management: Skilled in managing supplier relationships, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. - Communication: Effective communicator with strong English communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and ensuring clear information flow. - Analytical Thinking & Coordination: Strong analytical capability with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate key insights. - MRP, Procurement, and Supply Chain Flow: Knowledgeable in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), procurement procedures, and end-to-end supply chain processes. **Work Arrangement** This position requires working onsite five days a week. **Posting Dates:** January 28, 2026 - February 4, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
