**Job Title: Facility Technician** **Job Description** As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining building water systems. Your duties will include fixing water lines, irrigation lines, snaking drains, and repairing water heaters, sinks, and bathroom fixtures. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on building water systems. + Repair and install water lines and irrigation lines. + Snake drains and repair water heaters. + Fix sinks and bathroom fixtures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in plumbing and piping installation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency with PVC, copper, PEX, and CPVC materials. + Skill in brazing and soldering. + Knowledge of water lines, water heaters, sinks, and bathroom fixtures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with irrigation lines. + Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment. **Work Environment** This role involves working both inside and outside, with exposure to various weather conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Titusville, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
