Scope of Responsibilities: Works with facility management to develop and implement programs to provide necessary service to our customers. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Job Summary: Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers
Travel: Extensive travel required. Attendance at various Kinney business and management conferences may be required.
Shifts: Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:
Assess the needs of our customers, current and future.Travel to customer locations as needed.Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all timesProvide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations. Maintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to management.Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. med pass audits, training, in-services)Assist in the implementation of all corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implementedMaintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professionsMaintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practiceMaintains confidentiality regarding all patient informationFacilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelinesAssist in the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel, including use of the Kinney Pharmacy Clerk and Technician Training ProgramInterface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsEducation:
Minimum: LPN, RN preferred
Job Requirements:
Posses and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice NursingAbility to stand/walk throughout majority of shift

Compensation:
$42,740.88 - $65,963.71 per year
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
