This role is pivotal in overseeing site operations, ensuring robust security and technical management, and driving procurement excellence. Key Responsibilities: •Site Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of the site. Coordinate maintenance, space planning, and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with local and corporate regulations. •Security and Technical Oversight: Implement and manage comprehensive security protocols to safeguard assets, personnel, and sensitive information. Supervise technical operations including infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, and utilities management to ensure optimal performance. •Procurement Management: Lead procurement activities by sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supply chains to deliver cost-effective solutions. Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while upholding quality and compliance standards. •Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison, addressing client concerns promptly and aligning facility management strategies with the client’s business goals. •Financial Management and KPI Oversight: Utilize strong financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and perform financial forecasting for the account. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and ensure the operational and financial success of the account. •Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of professionals across operations, security, technical, and procurement functions. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning while promoting best practices in facility management. •Strategic Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance to ensure all aspects of site operations are integrated with broader business strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine operational strategies.
