WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Facility Manager you enable and secure operations across your site portfolio by delivering qualitative and optimized facility management services in line with set standards. By planning, budgeting, and analysing facility data, you drive efficient, proactive maintenance and ensure the assets’ life cycle performance. Through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you support all brands and functions with reliable, service minded solutions.
You will:
Plan and manage facility investments across your multi-brand store portfolio, ensuring asset lifetime and alignment with evolving business needs.Collaborate with external stakeholders, to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.Monitor and analyze cost performance, tracking actual costs versus budgeted amounts, provide regular forecasts and driving cost-effective solutions.Act as a service provider to internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, responsive support and adherence to health & safety standards.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As part of the Construction & Facilities team, you’ll work closely with the local Sales Market C&F Manager and other C&F Specialists to implement the market facility strategy and translate it into operational actions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams such as other Expansion departments or Sales and Operations, you will understand business needs, turn them into effective facility plans and overall contribute to making a real impact on how we operate and grow. You will report to the local C&F Manger.
