Our goal is to support new ways of working and provide flexible workplaces that offer an excellent experience. **Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + **Proactively support planning and follow-up** on key activities, meetings, and deadlines related to FM operations. + **Coordinate FM communication** internally and externally, ensuring clear and timely updates. + **Collect and consolidate ESG data** for reporting and compliance purposes. + **Drive procurement processes** in collaboration with the FM Manager, including preparing specifications and following procurement rules. + **Coordinate FM operational tasks** across locations (Roskilde, Copenhagen, Aalborg, Herning, and Poland). + **Support systematic maintenance follow-up** and vendor collaboration. + **Assist with budget tracking** and cost overview for FM operations. + **Act as a central point of contact** for FM-related inquiries and ensure smooth workflows. **Your profile** We are looking for a proactive and structured person with strong coordination skills and an interest in sustainability and facility management. Furthermore, we expect you to have: + A detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. + Experience in facility management or a related field. + Knowledge of ESG principles and data handling. + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. + Understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. + Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams. + Professional English skills (written and spoken). **Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for supporting strategic decisions?** In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Facility Management team to ensure smooth operations, manage ESG data, and assist with procurement processes.
