**Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician ($50,000 - $80,000/year)** **Job Description** Lead preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and vendor coordination at our metal fabrication facility. From air compressors to plumbing to workstation layouts, you’ll be the one making sure everything works the way it should. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on facility systems. + Support maintenance of key shop equipment such as welders, saws, lasers, and air systems. + Diagnose and complete general repairs for the building, tools, and equipment. + Schedule and oversee outside vendors for HVAC, pest control, fire systems, etc. + Serve as point of contact for contractors and inspectors. + Help with internal projects like equipment moves, workstation setups, and layout changes. + Keep logs updated for maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs. + Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts. + Support 5S and continuous improvement efforts across the facility. + Follow OSHA safety standards and all company safety policies. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance with preventative and predictive maintenance. + Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic ERP systems. + Great organizational skills and ability to keep good records and follow through. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb ladders, and move throughout the facility. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or building systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a steady full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, along with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
