**Job Title: Facility Group Leader** Job Description The Facility Group Leader will oversee a Union Facility Group at the Warren Tech Center, managing trades workers responsible for HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical repairs. This role involves managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering supplies. The position requires spending 70% of the time on the floor and 30% on office and computer work. The work schedule is 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage trades workers performing HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical repairs. + Manage scheduling and ordering of necessary materials and supplies. + Walk the floor to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. + Conduct 30% of work in an office setting, focusing on computer-related tasks. + Hold team members accountable to metrics, attendance, and customer service standards. Essential Skills + Experience in facility maintenance and mechanical systems. + Leadership or supervision experience with a focus on accountability. + Direct management experience of trades personnel. + Valid driver's license. + Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office, Email, and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Maximo or any type of maintenance software. + Union experience and knowledge of union contracts. Why Work Here?
