About the Role:
Manage operations and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams while supervising staff and daily facility activities.Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations through inspections, audits, and reporting.Oversee energy, sustainability, records, and inventory management, including spare parts, schedules, and compliance documentation.About You:
Strong computer and digital skills, including MS Excel (data analysis, maintenance logs, dashboards), PowerPoint (presentations and reports), and Word (documentation and contracts).Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, deliver presentations, and engage stakeholders, vendors, and teams via email and collaboration tools.Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.Solid knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and generators.Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
