Job Title: Facility Executive - Technical Operations

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

We're Looking For:

• A facility executive with more than 5 years of experience

• Someone skilled in handling high-side equipment, including:

ChillersCooling towersAir handling units (AHUs)Building automation systems (BAS)

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of our HVAC systems

• Manage and optimize electrical distribution systems

• Oversee maintenance of fire safety equipment

• Lead a team in maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance

• Strong communication skills to interface with stakeholders at all levels

Key Skills Needed:

• Experience with chiller plant operations and maintenance

• Knowledge of energy management systems

• Familiarity with UPS and generator systems

• Understanding of water treatment for cooling towers

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

• Strong problem-solving and team leadership skill

• Good communication abilities
