Recommend and support C&W Ops Head for Site’s Critical Operations and deliverablesTo achieve the timely and efficient delivery of C&W - PMSI to Maruti Suzuki India Ltd , in support of their business needs in accordance with the service levels and KeyDeliver high quality, prompt and courteous Services in support of customers’ business needs.To liaise with client regarding matters on delegated levels of authority.Assist Facility Manager to monitor the functions of facilities including HVAC, Fire Safety, EHS, Power System, CCTV , FAPA System under purview of Contract.Ensure Documentation checklists pertaining to Daily/Weekly /Monthly are maintainedEnsure management of CAMC and Repairs and Maintenance work .Initiate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meetings with Maruti Suzuki India SPOC and take follow ups on the Minutes of the Meetings till closures.Implementing C&W processes and systems.To liaise with contractors, collect quotations and prepare quotation analysis. · To make recommendations for approval.Manage Vendors registered with Maruti Suzuki India and submit report on the transactions with them ·Implement and monitor the invoice processing system for AMC and Repairs and Maintenance works  for the facility.Creating a Forum for Feedback from Maruti Suzuki India Employees stationed at Maruti Suzuki India and ensure that feedback is taken regular intervals and use it to improve the service delivery standards.Over see Technical activity on availability of MEP Equipment at all times and report abnormalities with suitable Plan of Action · Adherence of PPM schedules for Technical services as per C&W guidelines.Review reports on Engineering systems operation and maintenance .Evaluate execution of 52 weeks PPM schedule for all critical and non- critical equipment’s.
