About the role -
Oversee daily operations of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG, UPS, lifts, STP, WTP, fire-fighting systems, etc.).
Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning and preventive maintenance of all technical assets.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and company policies.
Coordinate with the housekeeping, security, and other facility support functions for integrated facility management.
Prepare reports on maintenance status, incidents, and technical audits.
About you -
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in facility management or building maintenance.
Strong knowledge of building systems and technical operations.
Hands-on experience with BMS systems, energy management tools, and safety audits.
