Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across client sites

Manage external service providers, including cleaning and maintenance vendors

Monitor and report on service delivery performance and compliance

Support preventative and reactive maintenance activities

Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation through internal systems

Assist with workplace services and contribute to a positive employee experience

Background and Experience

With vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills (preferably)

Familiarity with building services and maintenance operations (preferably)
