The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a single office location, ensuring the delivery of high-quality workplace services in alignment with client standards. About the Role:
Support the daily operations of a single office location, including maintenance, janitorial services, safety procedures, and vendor coordination, ensuring alignment with company and client standards.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, including negotiation, compliance tracking, invoice verification, and timely payments.
Liaise with building management and cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Security) to ensure smooth facility operations, emergency response readiness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee inventory and upkeep of office supplies, pantry, and guest-facing areas, while supporting administrative tasks such as courier arrangements, travel coordination, and expense tracking.
Assist in organizing internal office events and onboarding activities, contributing to a positive workplace experience and community engagement.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Associate’s degree acceptable with relevant experience.
3–5 years of experience in facility operations & facility management, vendor management, or general affairs & office services, preferably in commercial real estate or hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with budgeting and systems like CMMS, Yardi, Workday, Concur, or Google Workspace is a plus.
