About the Role:
Support Site Operations & Compliance: Assist the Facilities Management (FM) team in ensuring the site complies with laws, policies, and safety standards, while maintaining a clean, healthy, and functional workplace environment.Coordinate Daily Facilities Services: Oversee and support various site services such as inspections, front office operations, access and locker management, meeting room scheduling, vendor coordination, cleaning, transportation support, and wellness initiatives.Assist with Reporting & Administration: Help prepare reports, manage budgets and vendor payments, maintain documentation, and support customer engagement and satisfaction efforts.About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and client engagement skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal; multilingual skills are a plus.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
