Maintenance and Repairs:
Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facilityCoordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and service requests for the facilityWork with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance as neededEnsure compliance with safety and building codesSpace Management:
Assist in the allocation and utilization of office spaceMaintain floor plans and seating arrangementsCoordinate office relocation and renovationsVendor Management:
Manage relationships with facility-related vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost effectivenessMonitor service level agreements and vendor performanceInventory and Supplies:
Maintain inventory of office supplies and facilities-related equipmentReorder supplies and coordinate deliveries as necessarySecurity and Safety:
Implement security measures to protect company assets and employees.Develop and update emergency proceduresCourier & delivery service:
Manage vendor to ensure parcels are delivered or receivedHandle vendor paymentsUtilities and Energy Efficiency:
Monitor and optimize utility usage to reduce costs and environmental impactImplement energy-efficient initiatives when possibleAdministrative Support:
Assist in managing facility budgets and expensesPrepare reports and documentation related to facility operationsCoordinate meetings and events within the facilityCommunication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments and facility managementAddress and resolve facility-related issues and concernsGeneral Office Tech Support:
Provide basic technical support to employees for office equipment, including printers, copiers, and audio-visual equipmentAssist with troubleshooting common IT issues, such as network connectivity problems or software installationsLiaise with the IT department for more complex technical issuesAbout You:
