The Engineering Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, communicating, and ensuring effective compliance programs guided by internal and client policy requirements. This role involves conducting audits and analyzing and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through reviewing documentation, identifying areas of non-compliance, reporting findings, and supporting policies to mitigate risks.Job Description
Position supports a major financial services client in the US. The position will be responsible for assisting in the compliant delivery and records management of engineering services for MEP critical assets in an office environment.Position will be responsible for managing client driven audit responses and implementing internal audits with actions, closures, and reporting.Position will collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify deficiencies and non-compliance with standards and policies.Position will enforce and support Compliance policy standards while providing quality service delivery.Position will assist facilities management leadership in monitoring and maintaining critical operations programs based on a suite of policies, projects and initiatives defined in the service provider’s scope of services to the client.Position requires an understanding of the design principles, efficient operating principles, maintenance requirements and equipment lifecycle expectations within a commercial facility.Role will reside in the service provider’s Engineering Center of Excellence group dedicated to supporting the client’s Real Estate Services department.Role will report into the group’s Director of Governance and Operations and partner with account-based operations, facility, project, safety, property and energy & sustainability managers.Administer company developed assessment tools/software at multiple locations to identify gaps and confirm compliance with internal and external critical equipment maintenance and operationsOwn the tracking of identified operational deficiencies and the path to remediation. Including reportsDevelop detailed executive summaries of assessment findings for both internal and external stakeholders with action plansWork independently to manage physical assets in a CMMS system along with the respective standard maintenance plansCollaborate on metrics for KPI and SLA data streamsPrepare and present best in class presentations on maintenance programs, compliance initiatives, and communications relating to asset management and operations of critical facilitiesCushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
