Facility Associate

Key Responsibilities:\n\nGeneral Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and setup of facilities for events.\nRoom Setup and Teardown: Prepare rooms for meetings and events, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.\nEnsure cleanliness in all areas, icommon areas, and workspaces. This includes checking supplies and disposing of waste.\nCommunication: Act as a point of contact for staff and customers to ensure that facility needs are met and to address any issues that arise.\nPhysical Tasks: Lift and move equipment and furniture, often requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\nMinimum of 3-5 years Facilities services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.\n1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
