Facilities Technician III

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician III to join their team. As a Facilities Technician III, you will be part of the operations team supporting various facility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facilities Technician III
**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
**Pay Range: $35- 40/ hr on w2**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist facility management with day-to-day operations of the property in accordance with policies and client needs.
+ Manage office and furniture storage inventory, including maintenance and repair of items.
+ Perform preventative and repair maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
+ Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, including equipment and catering setup.
+ Handle all moves and facility projects, including packing, unpacking, and reconfiguring furniture as required.
**What's Needed?**
+ Three years of experience in a related field.
+ Strong customer service experience with the ability to be a front-line person.
+ Ability to balance multiple interruptions and varied tasks while maintaining quality standards.
+ Experience with computer systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook Email.
+ High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
