**Job Title: Facilities Technician III** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician III to maintain HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace. This role involves the operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of building facilities and equipment, as well as the movement and installation of equipment and furniture. **Responsibilities** + Operate, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment. + Perform preventative maintenance on building facilities and equipment. + Move and install equipment and furniture as needed. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with commercial refrigeration systems. + Work with electrical schematics for various systems. + Travel between sites using service vehicles. **Essential Skills** + Possession of a Universal EPA License. + At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting commercial refrigeration. + Valid driver's license. + Experience with electrical schematics. + 5-7 years of experience in commercial refrigeration within any industry. + Associate degree in HVAC or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Strong skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. + Experience in building and facility maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment where safety and comfort are prioritized. Candidates willing to relocate at their own expense are welcome, though local candidates are preferred. **Job Type & Location** Job is based out of North Chicago, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
