This role ensures the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards. Our team values safety, precision, and growth, providing opportunities for professional development in a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including lighting, plumbing, doors, floors, walls, docks, and structural components. + Respond to facility-related work orders and emergency repair requests to minimize production interruptions. + Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for facility repairs. **Skills** + Experience in facilities maintenance and building maintenance. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, switches, lighting circuits). + Plumbing repair skills, including working with valves, drains, pumps, and restroom fixtures. + Carpentry skills for building repairs (doors, frames, flooring, drywall, guards, dock equipment). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to safely operate shop tools, power tools, lifts, and floor equipment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of a contract-to-hire position with Aerotek benefits.
