**DESCRIPTION** **Job Summary:** Performs routine building maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Assists in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns; and ensures that tools, materials and vehicles are maintained in good working order. Building and facility maintenance and operations experience in an industrial setting preferred. . CDL would be a plus to help with parts and customer deliveries. **DOT** - A CDL may be required to obtain upon hire - Federal law requires a CDL holder to be 21 years of age or older NO DOT Required for this position **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. **Experience:** Minimal or no work experience required. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
