Facilities Technician

Our client, a leader in property management and maintenance services, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facilities Technician
**Locations:** Hartland, WI and Brookfield, WI
**Pay Range: $28.00**
**Shift:** Second shift (3pm - 11pm CST), with eventual transition to 11pm - 7am CST or 11am - 7pm CST shifts, including on-call weekends.
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
+ Respond promptly to various facility issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
+ Conduct building inspections, monitor utility usage, and assist with energy management efforts.
+ Support site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
+ Coordinate with contractors and monitor subcontracted work to ensure quality and timeliness.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills with the ability to apply them to diverse challenges.
+ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
