Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to support custodial operations and assist our facilities team in keeping the building clean, safe, and fully functional. This role combines routine cleaning tasks with light maintenance responsibilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general custodial duties, including emptying trash, sweeping, and polishing floors.Clean machinery by removing dust, dirt, grease, and waste materials.Monitor and empty machine chip bins regularly.Complete daily safety inspections on equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance.Assist the facilities team with building upkeep and maintenance tasks.Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work within an industrial setting.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Work Environment & Shift:
Support engineering, prototyping, and final assembly/testing of fluid-power systems.Work in a clean, organized machine shop with modern tooling and a collaborative team culture.Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTLAND, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
