**Facilities Technician** Job Description As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and construction tasks at various restaurants and retail facilities. Your work will include assembling tables, hanging TV mounts, repairing walls, changing lights, addressing basic plumbing issues, painting, and building small carpentry fixtures. The role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools to carry out indoor maintenance tasks such as fixing electrical outlets and painting. You will also be expected to read blueprints and manuals and engage with customers as needed. Additional duties include taking out demo trash, and loading and unloading materials for projects.
