Facilities Technician
**Facilities Technician** Job Description As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and construction tasks at various restaurants and retail facilities. Your work will include assembling tables, hanging TV mounts, repairing walls, changing lights, addressing basic plumbing issues, painting, and building small carpentry fixtures. The role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools to carry out indoor maintenance tasks such as fixing electrical outlets and painting. You will also be expected to read blueprints and manuals and engage with customers as needed. Additional duties include taking out demo trash, and loading and unloading materials for projects. Responsibilities + Perform facilities maintenance and construction tasks at restaurants and retail facilities. + Assemble tables, hang TV mounts, and repair walls. + Change lights and repair basic plumbing. + Paint and build small carpentry fixtures. + Use hand and power tools for indoor maintenance tasks. + Fix electrical outlets and perform painting tasks. + Read blueprints and manuals. + Interact with customers. + Remove demo trash and load/unload materials for projects. Essential Skills + Facilities maintenance experience. + Carpentry skills. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Background in carpentry or facilities maintenance. + Capability to read blueprints and manuals. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
