**Job Title: Property Maintenance Specialist** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Specialist to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of a property in York, Maine. This hands-on role involves a combination of janitorial tasks and general building maintenance. Responsibilities + Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. + Clean all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairways, laundry rooms, and entrances. + Regularly sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces and common areas. + Remove trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness around waste disposal areas. + Monitor property grounds for safety hazards or maintenance needs and report issues. + Coordinate and oversee outside vendors or contractors. + Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
