About the Role:
Supervise building systems and facilities staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.Manage inventory, vendor performance, and compliance with reporting and safety standards.Perform and oversee repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure.Coordinate workspace planning, employee moves, and special projects as needed.Maintain accurate records, promote continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with company KPIs.About You:
Strong technical expertise with multi-skilled capabilities in mechanical, electrical, and building systems.Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.Demonstrated ability to lead technicians, manage vendors, and maintain quality and inventory standards.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.Vocational or TESDA certification with 3–5 years of IFM property management experience; safety training and engineering background preferred.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
