Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for general facility maintenance, including moving furniture, painting, and conducting building repairs for a College campus.
ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.Move furniture and assist in the setup and breakdown of spaces.Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all facilities are functioning optimally.Carry out painting tasks and maintain the appearance of the building.Perform snaking, draining, and other necessary facility repairs.Essential SkillsExperience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.Proficiency in facilities maintenance and general repairs.Ability to conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in building repairs and furniture moving.Skill in painting and maintaining facility aesthetics.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
