Job Title: Facilities Technician

Job Description

As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for working on assigned projects and performing a variety of skilled facilities maintenance tasks. These tasks include basic carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. You will also be responsible for logging and reporting all work orders and utilizing hand and power tools effectively.

ResponsibilitiesPerform skilled facilities maintenance tasks, including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.Log and report all work orders accurately.Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.Troubleshoot and repair facilities maintenance issues.Work independently while ensuring safety and compliance.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry work.Experience in troubleshooting and repairing facilities maintenance issues.Ability to use hand and power tools safely.Capability to lift and carry heavy objects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with drywall and painting.Ability to work independently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is located in Eagle Creek in Lake Nona, with shifts available from Tuesday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM. Conditions may create dirt and dust, requiring appropriate attire to ensure safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
